1. Will my website work on all mobile browsers ?

Yes. We've designed our powerful mobile website system to be able to be used across all browsers. The technology is based on Java script code, and complies with mobile web standards.

2. Do I have to know how to code websites?

Absolutely not! We created an easy to use yet extremely powerful content management system which allows you to create virtually any type of mobile business website without the need to know any programming. Styling your website with this software is also very easy.

3. How will people find my mobile site?

We provide you with a mobile redirection script to put on your desktop website which detects if the user viewing it is using a mobile browser. If so, it automatically takes them to the mobile website before the regular site even loads!

4. What will be the address of my mobile site?

We will provide you with a subdomain on our servers but we also show you how to connect your domain to the website so you can access it from m.YourDomain.com. See our redirection tutorials for more information about how to do this.

5. Does it take long to set up?

We usualy create your site admin area within 24 hours of your request for our service. We estimate that it will take you around 1 to 2 hours to get used to the system and set it up, based on the content that is already available from your own web presence. If you would like us to do that for you, then simply select the payment option that includes setup and we will do that for you.

5. Can I add a Contact Us Page ?

Yes, you can add a page for people to contact you. However you will not be able to set up a page for people to email you on our system due to system security. Instead, your contact page should have your phone contact details and other information. You may include a link back to your main website for further contact from your mobile site if you wish.
